Studio Policies and Procedures

1. 
   Online Registration - We recommend registering online before coming to the studio to ensure there is space available for you in class. Online registration closes 15 minutes before the start of class.


2. 
   Arrival Time - Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to check in, change, and set up your space. Instructors will be available at least 15 minutes before the class begins. Doors will close promptly at the class start time.

   Late Cancellation/No Show Policy - Effective on Jan 1, 2025 Cancellations made within one hour of the class start time or no-shows will be subject to the following:
   
   
   
   
   • 
     Unlimited Memberships: A $10 fee will be charged.
   
   
   • 
     Class Pack Holders: One class will be deducted from your pack.
   
   
   • 
     Drop-Ins: Your drop-in pass will be forfeited.
   
   
   
   


4. 
   Studio Etiquette - To maintain a peaceful and focused space, please silence phones and leave shoes, fragrances, and other distractions outside the studio. In rare situations, overly disruptive participants may be asked to leave.


5. 
   Health and Wellness - If you or a family member are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending classes to keep our community safe.


6. 
   Class Cancellations - We reserve the right to cancel classes due to illness, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to notify registered participants in advance.
