Join Jill Colleen for a spacious, 3-hour gathering that blends gentle movement, somatic meditation, and creative vision-boarding. We'll begin with a moving meditation designed to help you shift out of your thoughts and into your body and heart. Through mindful movement, breath, and sensation, clarity and inspiration emerge naturally. From there, we'll transition into a relaxed vision-board creation session using magazines, natural elements, and simple materials.
