Restorative yoga is the practice of intentional rest — a time to slow down, soften, and allow the body and mind to settle and release tension. In this 90-minute session, you will be gently guided through a handful of fully supported resting poses using bolsters, blocks, blankets, and other cozy props (even eye pillows and weighted blankets!) to create deep comfort and relaxation. The practice begins with simple breathwork to calm the nervous system, accompanied by soothing music, mantra, and thoughtful reflections to invite deep relaxation. Please dress in comfortable, warm layers — socks too — to help your body fully unwind. Jill, a careful curator and master in the art of deep rest, creates an atmosphere that nurtures the physical, mental, and energetic bodies. This practice is truly for every body — no experience needed, only the openness to rest, relax and restore.
