Spring Renewal: A Yoga & Reiki Ceremony

Join Suzy Aragon for Spring Renewal, a gentle ceremony and celebration to welcome the new season. This specialty class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and intentionally clear space for growth, renewal, and fresh beginnings.

Through a meditative, restorative Yin yoga practice infused with Reiki, you’ll be guided to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Slow, supported postures, mindful breath, and healing touch create a nurturing environment to release what no longer serves and invite in the energy of spring.

This experience is designed to support rest, reflection, and reconnection — both with yourself and the collective energy of the group. Together, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and settle into a state of calm presence and inner exploration.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time to settle in. Props will be provided (bring a mat if you have one). Come as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to receive, and leave feeling replenished, grounded, and renewed for the season ahead.
